What is your favorite scent of Yankee candle?
My favorite is Vanilla Lime.

Place them away from any air drafts and only burn them 2-4hrs at a time.I get the Yankee candles sometimes,but I prefer Gold Canyon candles and I like different scents in each season.Fall-Autumn Walk 16oz.,Pumpkin Pie and Apple spice 8oz. Just plain Vanilla.
The best way to keep a jar candle burning evenly is to keep the wick trimmed to no more than 1/8″ in length.If you are burning the candle all night,blow it out from time-to-time and keep it trimmed.
Try the double wick Colonial at Home oval jar candles sometime.They really last, and the scents are great. 9/11

As others have mentioned, be sure to burn away from drafts and fans and keep your wicks trimmed. My favorite scent used to be Spiced Pear, but I quit burning Yankee a few years ago because they produce so much black soot. I found a different brand that has lots of scents that I love and are made from vegetable waxes instead of paraffin so they burn virtually soot free. One of my favorites is Key Lime Pie!

I used to like Vanilla but I don’t burn candles anymore. Now I warm my wax with the Scentsy System! My new favorite scent is called Luxe Vanilla! It smells kind of baby powdery! With Scentsy you don’t have to worry about the the uneven burning of the wax either- the wax is warmed with a light bulb and melts evenly throughout! No flame, wick or soot!!!
