How do i make room spray scent last longer?
I am working on some home fragrance sprays and am using distilled water, polysorbate 20 and fragrance oils in my mixture. How do i make the fragrance last longer once sprayed?

Spray it onto a towel or cloth hanging down or wrapped. Or wood. or cardboard.

Maybe use more of another kind of oil…oils hold smells/fragrances better than anything…

I have an artificial orchid and I spray it because I want it to smell like a flower and it holds fragrance so well! It’s a fabric flower so I think that fabric must hold the scent best. I also lightly spray the glass lamp shades (when cool) so that when I turn on the lights the fragrance is diffused. Also, some fragrances just last longer. Sometimes I use “Fierce” by Abercrombie & Fitch (it’s what they spray on their clothes) and it really stays.
